Before I get into the Pampered Chef review and discussion of my favorite, (and most used), Pampered Chef kitchen weapon, I would like to introduce myself to you!
Hi! I am Francesca, owner of the Ciao Bella Boutique, and fashion blogger over at CiaoBellaFrancesca.com. I was born to a culinary wizard, and grew up eating amazing food that my mother both grew and cooked herself. I LOVE food, and developed quite the expanded flavor palate. Honestly, I’m down for trying almost anything once. I have been married to my best friend and partner, Kyle, for the last eight years, am the mother of a 3-year-old terror…I mean darling boy, and I run my own business. So let’s just say, I don’t have much time to spend in the kitchen. I usually go for quick, easy meals that require as little dishwashing as possible. Hello, one pot dishes!!
I tried Pampered Chef for the first time about two years ago from a friend’s online party… you know the kind: it dragged on for days with basically no party participation and unwanted PMs from the consultant… yep, I made a sympathy purchase. About 6 months later, after using my purchase and finding I loved it dearly, I met Jamie Makin (who does none of those annoying things I just said) and she became my PC dealer as well as a wonderful friend. I have found that my Pampered Chef items are easy to use, wash well, and live a long time if cared for properly. Out of my Pampered Chef arsenal, I find that my most frequent weapon of choice is a deep skillet with glass lid and the Mix ‘N Chop that came with it.
Now, as I write this Pampered Chef product review, I went to go grab the product link for you and…well damn…looks like they no longer sell this skillet!! Jamie has assured me the replacement is even better though! You can use metal utensils and it’s now dishwasher safe! (…yeah, meanwhile I am over here still hand washing my old version that actually has scratches on the bottom courtesy of a husband trying to help.)
What? I told you I liked one pot dishes! This is simple beef and mushroom Stroganoff, and my family just about licked the pan clean. My husband always says I can’t ever leave a recipe alone. I can’t, I doctor everything up. Usually, it needs way more garlic than what the recipe says, or no where near enough veggies! So I am always tweaking or “doctoring” recipes (Yes, even boxed ones lol).
**Bonus Weapon** I also wanted to give honorable mention to the Pampered Chef Ceramic Egg Cooker! I use this small but mighty beast multiple times a week to cook my son’s morning scrambled eggs. You can cook a lot of things inside this device, but unfortunately, my son is not an adventurous eater…at all. An egg, some salt, a little butter and a splash of water. Scramble it up and place it in the microwave for 30 seconds. I stir it, maybe add a little cheese, and then put it back for an additional 10 seconds. Boom! Finished before the bread has even toasted!

Any who, I hope you felt there was value to my Pampered Chef review! Jamie Makin is fantastic, so be sure you subscribe to her blog! Endless recipes, product tips and dad jokes…she has a lot of groan worthy humor, (It’s part of her charm). I would also love to invite you over to check out my blog, though I will warn you, my language is even more colorful there… I held back for this review 😉 You can find me at www.CiaoBellaFrancesca.com.
